Skello is a French company that builds AI-powered HR software for businesses with field teams. Its platform lets them schedule shifts, track time, manage contracts and prepare payroll. XAnge invested at Seed in 2018, and the company has grown from 30 to more than 400 employees since.
FROM 30 TO 400+ PEOPLE
Skello has created 370 jobs since XAnge's investment, as of 2026. The team now works across hubs in Paris, Lille and Barcelona. In September 2021 the company had 150 employees and more than 7,000 points of sale. Today it serves 30,000 businesses and 700,000 daily users. Annual recurring revenue passed €50 million in 2026, and the company is on the trajectory to reach €100 million.
PROFITABLE WHILE SCALING
Skello reached profitability in 2025. It did so while expanding from France into Spain, Benelux and Italy.
THE FOUNDERS
Skello was founded in 2016. Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux and Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan lead it as co-founders, with Mathelin-Moreaux as CEO. In 2021 she said the aim was to make Skello available across Europe and to offer the solution to as many sectors as possible.
THE INVESTMENT
XAnge made its first investment in 2018 at Seed with €3 million and has invested €7 million across rounds. Partech joined in the Series B in September 2021, and XAnge reinvested. In July 2026 both funds reinvested again in the €200 million round led by Bridgepoint. Cyril Bertrand, Partner at XAnge, said: "What Skello has built over the past few years, both technologically and across Europe, is remarkable."
THE €200 MILLION ROUND
On 6 July 2026 Skello announced a €200 million investment led by Bridgepoint Development Capital V. Bridgepoint becomes the lead minority shareholder. The founders, management, Partech and XAnge reinvest, and management increases its stake. Jean-Baptiste Salvin, Partner at Bridgepoint, said: "We are convinced that Skello has the assets needed to build a European reference leader in this category."
WHAT'S NEXT
The funding supports three priorities:
-Consolidating Skello's leadership in France.
-Expanding across Europe.
-Broadening the platform's scope, including AI investment and targeted acquisitions.
The company plans about 100 hires in 2026 across tech, product and sales in Paris, Lille and Barcelona.
