Gleamer delivers AI software for medical imaging. Its cloud-based tools flag abnormalities on routine scans, with a focus on X-rays, and draft reports that radiologists review and finalise. Its certified products cover X-ray, mammography, MRI and CT, and it holds four FDA-cleared and six CE-marked devices across more than 25 clinical indications.
A STAKE AT PRE-SEED
Bpifrance Digital Venture made its first investment in 2018, putting €0.23 million into Gleamer at Pre-Seed. It invested €4.6 million across rounds. XAnge, Supernova, Elaia and Heal Capital are among the co-investors in later rounds. The company has raised €35 million in total.
FROM 3 PEOPLE TO MORE THAN 120
Since the first investment, Gleamer built an AI platform for imaging, scaled from 3 people to more than 120, and grew from zero to more than €20 million in annual recurring revenue. The company has created 100 jobs, as of March 2026. Its ARR grew at a compound annual rate above 90% from 2022 through 2025, and RadNet cites a projected ARR of about $30 million in 2026.
A GLOBAL FOOTPRINT
Gleamer built European leadership in AI imaging and a growing US business. By the time of the acquisition it held more than 700 customer contracts across 44 countries. The latest funding went into commercial development in the EU and the US, and into product development for the AI imaging platform across scan, X-ray and mammography.

THE EXIT
In March 2026, RadNet, the US outpatient imaging provider, announced it would acquire Gleamer through its digital health subsidiary DeepHealth. The all-cash price is up to €230 million, about $269 million. Gleamer joins DeepHealth's portfolio of radiology AI tools, led by CEO and co-founder Christian Allouche.
