engineers at Rivian running R1 and R2 programs on Flow, up from 40 in four months
Flow Engineering builds software for hardware teams that build at agent speed. Its platform connects requirements, design, CAD and testing in one integrated system. Odyssey Ventures backed founder Pari Singh at Seed in 2025 and took part in the Series A. The company is now valued at €670 million.
Flow is becoming the infrastructure the next era of physical invention gets built on.
A 7X MULTIPLE ON THE SEED
Flow raised a $50 million Series B at a €670 million valuation, less than a year after its $23 million Series A. That is a 7x multiple on Odyssey's investment, held at its marked value. Across the two rounds the company has raised $73 million. The Series B was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valor Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management, with continued participation from Sequoia, which led the Series A. Those investors have also backed Tesla, Nvidia, SpaceX and Anduril.
THE PRODUCT
Flow gives hardware teams a shared system of record: a connected graph of requirements, tests, interfaces and design decisions, where a change in one place shows its effects everywhere immediately. Roelof Botha, who joined Flow's board personally, calls Flow "GitHub for hardware". Flow has been named category leader in defense, energy, robotics, autonomy and aerospace.

TRACTION WITH ENGINEERING TEAMS
Rivian started on Flow with 40 engineers. Four months later, 1,500 engineers were running its R1 and R2 programs on the platform. Joby Aviation, Astranis and Radiant Nuclear also build on Flow.
THE FOUNDER
Pari Singh is Founder and CEO of Flow Engineering. He built the first version as a tool for himself while studying hybrid rocket engines at Imperial College London. It linked requirements, models and simulations into one live loop. Before founding Flow, he worked at BAE Systems and BP.
WHAT CHANGED AFTER THE INVESTMENT
Odyssey worked with Flow Engineering in three areas:
- US expansion: Odyssey helped Flow move from the UK to the US, with network access and operations support. Flow moved its headquarters to San Francisco.
- Follow-on fundraising: support with both the Series A and the Series B, including pitching coaching and introductions to investors.
- Recruitment: support with important executive and advisor hires.
THE INVESTORS
The notable co-investors in later rounds are Sequoia, Valor Equity Partners, Atreides Management, Evantic and Human Capital. Individual investors include Thomas Wolf of Hugging Face, Nico Rosberg, Formula 1 World Champion, and Jonas von Malottki, CIO of Mercedes-Benz. The latest funding provides capital for scale-up and growth.
